Catching up on a few days...

December 6 Workshop or conference Was there a conference or workshop you attended that was especially beneficial? Where was it? What did you learn?

I am lucky in that every month I get to attend the Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance monthly meeting and there have been an abundance of fabulous speakers but I would say the best one was our Coaches Cafe in June - I got to hear Laura Berman Fortgang speak and she was delightful.  I got to meet one of my coaching training leaders - Jerry Wistrom and my friends Jen Gleeson Blue and Maria Van Hekken gave a fabulous presentation on leveraging intergenerational capital. I am so lucky to have these people in my life and to get to learn from them.

December 7 Blog find of the yearThat gem of a blog you can't believe you didn't know about until this year.

I have to admit, prior to this year, I was not much of a blog reader (late the party, as usual) and I have found so many great blogs.  I don't think I can even pick just one so check out the links on the right side...over there somewhere -- I love all of those blogs!
