I need to sit down and formally document my goals for the next few months. Fitness/eating well are high on the list. So is getting my house in order. So is exploring photography more and more and with that I present this photo. Taken at Linvilla Orchard in Media, I am really proud of it. I have been wanting to get to Linvilla for weeks to take some pumpkin pictures but the weather just hasn't been cooperating. AT ALL! But Sunday the stars, moon and sun aligned to give a most glorious fall day.
I took a photography class last spring and I struggled through it. Photography used to be a hobby I did with my father so I figured a class would be a great way to remind me about fun things like exposure and depth of field but I ...I dunno, while I got the mechanics of it -- framing shots was a mess. Truly a mess. But this shot here reminds me that I do know how to do this - I just have to keep practicing.
