On my drive back from Baltimore today, we saw a double rainbow around 202 and Rt. 1 in Concordville -- I wish I could have taken a picture but I have tried to take them before with my phone without any luck. It was really a welcome sight for my heart though. I made a wish. I hope it comes true.
PS - to add to this post? I'm going to put together a training calendar/race calendar for the fall/winter. I am resolving by my birthday to do a sub 40 minute 5K.

I know you can do it, all it takes is commitment to training, as I've proven to myself this fall. So proud of you!
